1. Cornell Club of Japan （以下、「当クラブ」といいます。）は、プライシー・ポリシーを以下のとおり定めます。
Cornell Club of Japan (hereinafter referred to the “Club”) hereby establishes Privacy Policy set forth below.
2. 本ポリシーにおいて、個人情報とはその情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日その他の記述により特定の生存する個人を識別できる情報をいいます。
Personal Information defined in this policy is the information regarding a living individual which contains its name, its date of birth and other descriptions and is able to identify a specific individual.
3. 当クラブは、個人情報を適正な方法により取得し、当クラブからそのメンバーの方へ種々のご案内を通知するために使用します。
The Club will acquire a personal information in a legitimate manner and use the same for the purpose of providing a member of the Club concerned with various notices and information from the Club.
4. 当クラブは、取得した個人情報について、その漏洩、、滅失、毀損又は不正なアクセスの防止その他個人情報の安全管理のため必要かつ適切な措置をとります。
The Club will take necessary and appropriate actions for the security control of personal information including, but nor limited to, preventing the leakage, loss, damage or unauthorized access to its acquired personal information.
５．当クラブは、取得した個人情報を第三者（当クラブの会員を含む。）へ開示しません。開示が必要な場合は、ご本人から同意をいただきます。
The Club will not disclose to or provide a third party (including a member of the Club )with its acquired personal information. In case disclosure or provision of the personal information is necessary, the Club will obtain a consent from a member of the Club concerned.
6. 個人情報を提供した当クラブメンバーは、いつでもその情報の開示、訂正又は追加を求めることができます。また、当メンバーは、いつでもその個人情報の利用停止又は消去を求めることができます。

A member of the Club providing its personal information may at any time request to the Club for disclosure, correction or addition to the personal information. A member of the Club providing its personal information may at any time request to the Club for cessation of use or deletion of the personal data.
